I have looked and looked for workarounds.. nothing yet. And the worst part as well is that wmode window makes the flash player on top of everything. Needless to say since flash has been under the custody of adobe it has some new features but a lot of bugs. Note to Adobe: Don't release anything until it has most of the bugs fixed. Trust me..
